A 62-year-old male, a former smoker, presents with a persistent cough.
Bronchoscopy with EBUS-TBNA of the station 10R lymph node was positive for squamous cell carcinoma. Immunohistochemical staining showed that the tumor cells were positive for nuclear p40 and negative for TTF-1, Napsin A, PAX8, and NKX3.1
